We've put this section together based on some of the questions that other customers have had, for the sake of clarity - here are our answers to the most common questions. If you have any other queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If I ordered the wrong size can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes, not a problem at all, as long as the item is unworn and in the exact same state you received it in. Just reply to the order confirmation e-mail you received to arrange your exchange. We'll confirm your exchange and issue a replacement. We'll even meet you halfway for postage, not a bad deal right?
Where are you based?
We're a 100% online Australian Veteran Owned & Operated eCommerce business and our warehouse is located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Do you offer after pay or purchase on credit options?
No, we do not. And our reasons for this are quite simple. The majority of our customer base come from a service background, be that Defence, Police or First Responders. In the big scheme of things, our average order values are reasonably low. From an ethical standpoint, we do not want to enable those who might be struggling financially to spend their hard-earned cash on us. However insignificant it might seem, we do not want to be involved or associated with putting anyone in financial difficulty.
How long does delivery take?
Our warehouse is efficient. Normally orders received before 10:00 will ship the same business day, after 10:00 they will be dispatched the next business day. The recommended Australia Post delivery time-frame for your area applies in regards to how long exactly before you receive your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
My order was lost by Australia Post, what now?

Important: regular Australia Post envelopes do NOT offer tracking. Items shipped in normal envelopes are sent at your own risk, if the item gets lost in transit, we will not be able to assist you with this unfortunately. However, at checkout you can select a registered method of shipment: Signature on Delivery.

Parcels are sent with regular tracking, but do not include Signature on Delivery.

If you wish to ensure your order is only released with your signature, please select "Signature on Delivery" registered shipping.

Any orders which go missing as a result of Australia Post, without a Signature on Delivery service, will not be reimbursed or re-sent. That being said, if your order hasn't arrived after a considerable time, please contact us, because we might still be able to chase this up for you, and your order might still be salvageable. We apologise for any orders which may be lost by Australia Post, but once we hand your order over to Australia Post, it is out of our hands unfortunately. So, if you want to ensure your order reaches you safely, please select the Signature on Delivery service.

Do you provide warranty on your products?
Yes, we do. Contact us by replying to your order confirmation e-mail and we'll sort you out.
I don't have time to train, how am I supposed to get fit?

How do I tie my shoelaces?

Two bunny ears help tie a square knot, one of the easiest knots to learn. Try this:

  • Fold each end of the lace into a single "bunny ear." You can hold the "ears" in place between your thumb and pointer finger on each hand.
  • Cross the bunny ears so that they form an "X" in the air.
  • Loop the bottom bunny ear over and through the top bunny ear. This will create a second knot.
  • Pull the bunny ears out to the side away from the shoe. This will create a square knot that will not easily come undone and will hold the shoe in place.
