We've put this section together based on some of the questions that other customers have had, for the sake of clarity - here are our answers to the most common questions. If you have any other queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please do not use a PO BOX or Parcel Locker as your delivery address. Our couriers won't accept these and will cause a delay to your delivery.

Why are my shipping fees so high/low?
We use live calculated shipping rates based on your postcode. You pay exactly what the courier charges us +$0.50 for packaging. If you live in a regional/remote area, fees are according to your location.
RETURNS & SWAPS:
If I ordered the wrong size can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes, not a problem at all, as long as the item is unworn and in the exact same state you received it in. Just reply to the order confirmation e-mail you received to arrange your exchange. We'll confirm your exchange and issue a replacement.
There are size charts on the product page, use these to confirm your sizing prior to ordering. If you failed to check your appropriate size, we don't consider that to be our cock-up.
In that case, return postage & re-delivery fees are applicable.
All items marked sale are final, no exchanges, swaps or returns available. 
I received the wrong order/size.
If we cocked up, the costs are on us.
Where are you based?
We're a 100% online Australian Veteran Owned & Operated eCommerce business and our warehouse is located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
How long does delivery take?
We ship our orders in batches, this means your order will usually ship within a few business days, unless there are exigent circumstances. Any questions, shoot us an email.
As far as delivery time frames go: Standard courier timeframes apply for your area. In other words, generally faster than Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
My order was lost/missing, what now?

 

Go to the email with your tracking details, there is an option to mark your parcel as lost directly with the courier. Once you've done that, reach out to us so we can follow it up for you as well.
Do you provide warranty on your products?
Yes, we do. Contact us by replying to your order confirmation e-mail and we'll sort you out.
I don't have time to train, how am I supposed to get fit?

How do I tie my shoelaces?

Two bunny ears help tie a square knot, one of the easiest knots to learn. Try this:

  • Fold each end of the lace into a single "bunny ear." You can hold the "ears" in place between your thumb and pointer finger on each hand.
  • Cross the bunny ears so that they form an "X" in the air.
  • Loop the bottom bunny ear over and through the top bunny ear. This will create a second knot.
  • Pull the bunny ears out to the side away from the shoe. This will create a square knot that will not easily come undone and will hold the shoe in place.
