Where did we get the idea to do coffee?

Simple. We go to some pretty extreme lengths sourcing the best coffee we can for ourselves, so why not turn that your way? Working in some of the most inhospitable places this planet has to offer, you learn to appreciate that the little things can make a big difference. Coffee is one of those comforts. 

But, there's coffee - and then there's coffee!

So, why Brazilian coffee?

After a lifetime of sampling, we've nailed it. This is it. And, considering the Minister for Finance and War is from Brazil, she knows a thing or two about Brazilian coffee.

GROWING REGION PROFILE

Brazil is the leading country in the worlds coffee production statistics. All of Brazil's coffees are grown on mountainside “fincas” (farms) at 400 – 1600 MASL depending on varietal, farm and region.

Our coffee hails from the Cerrado, Mogiana and Sul de Minas regions in Brazil to maintain the absolute highest standards. The key traits are consistent acidity, body, clarity, and sweetness complexities. Our coffee provides the most consistent flavour, making it an exceptionally balanced coffee to work with. This is a key feature of our coffee which will appeal to any seasoned barista.

Only the ripest, mature cherries are selected and handpicked using traditional hand woven baskets. Once collected the cherries are sent off to the local mill to be sorted, pulped, fermented, washed and sun-dried on aged clay patios.
