Brazil is the leading country in the worlds coffee production statistics. All of Brazil's coffees are grown on mountainside “fincas” (farms) at 400 – 1600 MASL depending on varietal, farm and region.
This coffee hails from the Cerrado, Mogiana and Sul de Minas regions in Brazil to maintain the absolute highest standards. A consistent acidity, body, clarity, and sweetness complexities. This particular coffee provides the most consistent flavour, making it an exceptionally balanced coffee to work with.
Only the ripest, mature cherries are selected and handpicked using traditional hand weaved baskets. Once collected the cherries are sent off to the local mill to be sorted, pulped, fermented, washed and sun-dried on aged clay patios.
